Live delivery is guaranteed to the lower 48 US states. For Canada shipments, we can only guarantee to the border due to possible delays in Customs. However, very few shipments have been lost.

We recommend you have your Worm Factory® assembled and the working tray prepared before you order your worms. If you order your worms and Worm Factory® in the same order, we will wait until the Monday following the delivery of your Worm Factory® to ship out the worms. All worm shipments are on Mondays to ensure they reach you and are not held over the weekend. We usually mark packages to be held at the Post Office for customer pickup unless you notify us someone is normally home during the day to take delivery or they are being delivered to a business, school, or university.

Please check with your local Post Office by Thursday of the week your worms were shipped if you have not received a card letting you know they have arrived and are ready to be picked up. You can use your order number to access your order progress notes.

We cannot ship worms to Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas. We can only fill orders for the 48 states and Canada.
