All Worm Factory® products are shipped within 3 Business Days from date of Order. Customer will be notified if order shipment is delayed beyond 7 days with explanation and expected ship date.
Worm Factories® are normally shipped via UPS ground and shipping charges are standard flat rate for all domestic destinations except for Alaska and Hawaii.

Sun-Mar Products will usually ship within 15 business days from the date of order. Charges vary depending on the weight and destination. We do not attempt to profit from shipping charges. What you are charged for shipping is what it costs to get the product to you or less.

Shipping Discounts for Supplies: You can qualify for shipping discounts by ordering multiple items from the supplies catogory on the same order. Just use the form below to let us know how many items you intend to purchase and get a shipping discount code to use.
Shipping for worms: We cannot ship worms to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or overseas. We can only ship to the 48 states and Canada. Shipping to US = $10.35 for 1-3 pounds. Shipping to Canada = $31.00 for 1-3 pounds.
Due to the issue of viability, we hold shipment of
your worms until the week following the shipment of your Worm Factory®
unless you request otherwise. This allows you time to set up your Worm Factory® and be ready for your worms to arrive. We guarantee live delivery to the lower 48
states . All worm shipments go out on Mondays. This is to ensure they
reach you and are not held over the weekend.
Please check with your local Post Office by Thursday of the week your worms were sent if you have not received a card letting you know they have arrived and are ready to be picked up.
We also ship worms to
Canada. However, we cannot guarantee live delivery because once they
reach the border, it is possible for them to be held in customs. This
is rare and we have only lost one shipment so far. Worms are sensitive to extreme heat and
cold. Therefore, we usually mark packages to be held at the Post Office
for customer pickup unless you notify us someone is normally home
during the day to take delivery or they are being delivered to a
business, school, or university.
Although we market only top quality products, we realize on rare occasion, a customer may be unhappy with an item they have purchased from us. For this reason, we have established the following policy.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for seven days from shipping date subject to the following conditions:
1. Item is returned in original packaging and in new condition.
2. A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price sent with the item.
3. Return shipping paid by customer.
4. Once the item is received and in good condition, a refund will be issued.
